Club Ronny is committed to maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

By participating in our services and attending our studio you agree:

1. You are over the age of 18 years.

2. You have notified Club Ronny of any pre-existing injuries or medical circumstances (including pregnancy) that may impact your exercise ability.

3. Club Ronny company and its directors, employees and affiliates are in no way liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death resulting from participation in our services.

Club Ronny Private 1:1 Pilates sessions have a 24 hour cancellation and reschedule policy.

Cancellations, rescheduled and absent/no-show appointments will result in forfeiting the session.

We respect your time and appreciate your consideration of ours and others at Club Ronny in booking your session.

Appointment rescheduling can be managed through your Club Ronny account on this website.

Please contact hello@clubronny.com.au through our contact page if the times available are not suitable or if you require assistance with this.

Private 1:1 Pilates sessions are your time.

If you are late to your session, we will try to accomodate and work with you within the appointment timeframe booked.

Late cancellation/reschedule within 24 hours will result in forfeiting the session.

Our class pack validity from date of purchase are as follows:

LAUNCH Welcome Offer (two sessions): 14 days

Single Session: 30 days

Two sessions: 30 days

Four sessions: 3 months

Eight sessions: 6 months

Class packs cannot be shared.

Events/workshops cannot be booked using class packs.

Club Ronny is not responsible if class pack holders cannot use services because of an event caused by a natural force such as extreme weather or something similar beyond our control.

Services and products purchased through Club Ronny are non-refundable.

Transfer of credit/sessions can be organised if required at an administration fee of $30.00.
